Datagrid Solutions Private Limited operates the Sellingo.ai. website and the Sellingo Mobile application.

We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any updates, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases; we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). However, by visiting Sellingo.ai, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our website, mobile application and other online platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) or when you otherwise interact with us.
  2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

    When you visit our Platform, we automatically collect certain non-personal information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, OS, browser type, and Internet service provider. When you register with the Platform, we may also collect personal information that you provide such as your name, gender, date of birth, mailing address, email address, phone/mobile number, home country, zip code, and certain other information in event you log in via Facebook/Google depending on your privacy settings(collectively "Personal Information"). If you provide your phone number, it may be displayed in your posting if you so wish. Further, you agree to receive communications on the provided phone number from our side which may include but not be limited to automated calls or text messages. The communication may require you to confirm and verify that your account has been used to post the advertisement on the Platform. We may also collect additional information that our users provide, such as new or deleted postings, new or deleted comments, keyword searches, scam reports and new contact sellers. We use a third-party payment gateway for purchases, and other third-party companies to monitor site traffic, which may, in some instances, store your information By using this Platform or the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide for any of the services that we offer, and you consent to our collection of any changes or updates that you may provide to any information you provide that is collected by Datagrid Solutions.

    By using this Platform, you consent to share your geolocation data in order to publish information/advertisements offered by users close to your location and vice-versa.

  3. COOKIES:

    Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as understanding the user’s individual interests and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. Unless you willingly identify yourself (i.e. through registration), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive. The type of information a cookie collects includes the date and time you visited our Platform, your browsing history, your preferences and your username, if you are registered.

    Our advertisers may also assign their own cookies to your browser (if you click on their advertisement), you might access third party’s cookies, a process that we do not have control over.

  4. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

    Our Platform includes third-party advertising and links to other websites. Such websites are governed by their respective policies including but not limited to privacy policy, terms of use, internet-based ads policy, etc., which are beyond our control. Once you leave our website, you are governed by the policies as laid down in those websites and use of any information you provide on such websites shall be governed by the privacy of that website.

    When we present information to our advertisers, it is to help them understand the preference of our users and this information is usually in the form of statistics on traffic to various pages and content within our Platform. These advertisers may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number or other personal information) about your visits to this and other websites or applications, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of an interest to you.

    We do not provide any personal information to third party websites / advertisers / ad-servers without your express consent.

  5. DART COOKIE:

    Our advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies on our Platform to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and/or personalize the advertising content that you see. These third-party advertisers use technology to directly send advertisements and links to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when it happens.

    On the Platform, Google, as a third-party vendor, uses Cookies to serve ads.     By listing or posting an advertisement or product information on this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Content is public and accessible by any third party and that they may appear in search engine results (such as Yahoo, Google, Bing and other search engines) and in the cache of those search engines, in feeds and Third-Party Websites pursuant to co branding agreements, and that it is the sole responsibility of each of those search engines, Third-Party Websites or RSS web feed resources to update and/or to remove Content from their indexes and their cache. You agree and acknowledge that Datagrid Solutions is not liable for the information published in search results or by any Third-Party Website that carries Datagrid Solutions posts/content or listing.

    Datagrid Solutions privacy policy does not apply to and we control the activities of, such other third-party advertisers and websites. We highly recommend that when you enter a third-party website, you review their privacy policy to safeguard your interest.

  6. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

    We may use the information provided by your for (i) sending commercial and marketing communications (with the option to subscribe / unsubscribe); (ii) sending intimations for non-marketing or administrative purposes (e.g. changes in policies, new features, new categories, etc.); (iii) assist in you in technical difficulties; (iv) provide customer services, create and manage your account.

    Any personal information provided by you will not be considered sensitive if it is freely available or easily available in the public domain like any comments, messages, blogs posted on social media like Facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc.

    Any post, message or comments uploaded by users on the public sections of the Platform becomes published content and is not considered Personal information subject to this Policy.

    When you register with the Platform or the Service, we contact you from time to time about updating your Personal Information to provide you with such features that will interest you. Furthermore, once you are registered, you can always access, review, modify or erase your Personal Information by signing in to your account.

  7. SELLINGO APP

    By downloading and using the mobile application of Sellingo (“App”), this policy along with the Terms shall be applicable to you.

    You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Sellingo.

    You should be aware that the app shall function only on active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Sellingo shall not be responsible for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to internet connection.

    The App is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change from time to time and you shall have to download the updates. You assure us that you shall always keep the app updated.

    When you download our App, we request the following permissions on your device:

    1. Camera: required to capture image or record video of products using device camera;
    2. Location: required to access your precise location (GPS and network based) in the foreground or access approximate location (GPS and network based) only in the foreground;
    3. Phone: required to directly call phone numbers (this may cost you money), write your call log, reroute outgoing calls, read mobile phone status and identity;
    4. SMS: required to receive text messages (SMS or MMS), read your text messages (SMS or MMS), edit your text messages (SMS or MMS), send text messages (SMS or MMS) this may cost your money;
    5. Microphone: required to record audio;
    6. Contacts – required to read and modify your contacts;
    7. Photos/Media/Files: required to read the contents of the external and internal storage of your device, format external storage, mount or unmount external storage, modify or delete the contents of the shared storage;
    8. Other Permissions: Read sync settings, run foreground service, view network connection, run at startup, this app can appear on top of other apps, prevent your mobile phone from sleeping, view Wi-Fi connection, receive data from internet, read Google service configuration, control vibration, toggle sync on and off, play install referrer API.

    You are aware that we may also stop providing the app and may terminate the use of the app at any time without giving termination notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination (i) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms in respect to mobile application shall stand to be terminated (ii) you shall stop using the app and (iii) delete it from your device.

  8. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO USE OUR PLATFORM?

    Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor (i.e. below 18 years of age) you may use the Platform only with the involvement of parent or guardian.

  9. CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We share your information with any third-party without obtaining your prior consent in the following circumstances:

    1. When it is requested or required by the law or directed by any Court of Law or government authority or agency to disclose for the purpose of verification of identification or for the prevention and investigation of any cybercrimes or any other crime or for prosecution of offense. These disclosures are done in good faith and belief.

    2. To protect our rights, property or safety or that of our users or the general public.

    3. Share limited information with our advertisers to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our Platform.

    4. In connection with a merger, bankruptcy or sale/transfer of our business, the acquiring entity shall have access to your personal information and we may send you a notice regarding this sale.

  10. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

    We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time and at our sole discretion. We may send you a notice regarding any changes in the privacy policy. The date from which the changes shall be effected shall be mentioned in the notice and the Privacy Policy available on the Platform

  11. COMPLAINTS

    Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to your Personal Information or breach of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy shall be immediately intimated to us via email at [email protected].

  12. LAW & JURISDICTION

    These terms shall be governed by the Laws of India and the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
