Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Cancellation Policy page (“Policy”) for the services offered by Datagrid Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) through the product Sellingo.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Cancellation by You
1.1. You may cancel your subscription or service plan at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your account dashboard or by emailing our support team at support@sellingo.ai.
1.2. Unless otherwise stated in your plan order or invoice, cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
1.3. If your payment method fails and you do not arrange payment, we may cancel your access in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Refunds & Outstanding Fees
2.1. In general, fees already paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase (for example, a special promotional offer).
2.2. If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., duplicate payment or technical error on our part), you must request it within 7 working days of the event by emailing support@sellingo.ai, providing your invoice number and reason for the refund.
2.3. If you have outstanding fees (past due invoices) at the time of cancellation, you remain liable to pay those amounts, and we may withhold cancellation until your account is settled.
3. Access After Cancellation
3.1. Upon cancellation (and end of billing period), your access to the Service will be suspended. You will no longer be able to log in or access the features of Sellingo.ai.
3.2. We will retain your data (as “Customer Data” under our Terms) for a period of 30 days to allow you to export or migrate your information. After that, unless you request earlier deletion, we may permanently delete or anonymize your data.
3.3. If you re-subscribe at a later date, you may restore your account (subject to availability), but prior data cannot be guaranteed unless a prior arrangement is made.
4. Cancellation by Us
4.1. We may cancel your account and access to the Service immediately if you materially breach our Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fail to pay fees when due.
4.2. If we cancel your account without any fault on your part (rare, e.g., service discontinuation), we may provide you with a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription or a credit toward a future purchase, at our discretion.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
